But against what we in these parts know is a very flawed Oklahoma team, Oregon looked mighty mighty average in the Sooners' 17-14 Holiday Bowl win.
Remember these are the sixth-ranked Ducks from the great Pac-10, another team that got unfairly held out of a BCS game. Kind of like Cal last year which, oh, by the way got crushed by Texas Tech in that Holiday Bowl.===
oh, and the so-called "weak" big 12 is now 4-1 in bowl games...including wins over the pac-10 and big-10 "powerhouse" michigan.
